How long does it take to paint the interior of a home?

It depends on a few key factors. Here’s a breakdown:
What can slow the process down?
  • Whether the clients will be living in the home during the paint job
  • Whether furniture needs to be moved and covered
How do we approach painting an occupied home?
  • We only paint a couple of rooms at a time
  • We finish those rooms completely before moving on to the next section
  • We have no more than two painters working inside at any one time, so the home doesn’t become too crowded for the clients
  • We move and cover furniture where necessary, which adds to the overall time
